Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Return is requested within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
  • For consumables or health supplements, partial use or tampering makes the item non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Digital services or consultations are non-refundable once delivered unless proven incomplete or undelivered.

2. Ineligible Products

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or partially used Ayurvedic products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased under promotional offers, unless damaged
  • Customized orders or perishable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Refund amount will be exclusive of shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged).

4. Replacement Policy

In case of:

  • Damaged, leaked, or expired items on delivery: Replacement will be initiated upon verification.
  • Incorrect products received: We will arrange for a pickup and send the correct item.

All such requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with images/videos as proof.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and proof (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you to send the product back to our return address.

Buy Back Policy

At AyuQuo Herbals, we offer a Buy Back Policy for distributors who wish to resign from their distributorship and return AyuQuo products.

Returned products must be in good condition, unused, resalable, unopened, unaltered, and must have a minimum of four months remaining shelf life to be eligible for a refund.

If a distributor resigns within 30 days of purchasing the products, AyuQuo Herbals will provide a full refund after deducting any bonuses paid (if applicable) and reversing the PV (Point Value) associated with the returned products.

If a distributor resigns after 30 days from the date of purchase, the refund amount will be based on the distributor price of the returned products, minus:

  • Any bonuses paid on the original purchase
  • Applicable GST
  • A 10% service charge

This Buy Back Policy is established to ensure that both sponsors and the Company are responsible for guiding distributors to make informed and thoughtful purchasing decisions.

6. Direct Seller Returns (DSN Policy)

For AyuQuo Herbals Direct Sellers:

  • Products unsold and in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days from purchase with a valid invoice.
  • Refunds to Direct Sellers will be made after deducting applicable bonuses or commissions already paid on that product.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per AyuQuo Herbals internal grievance redressal policy. You may write to us at info@ayuquo.com.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future transactions.
